i genuinely did not realize when you go to the fine dining establishment “dunkin” that if you order “one hash brown” they give you six hash browns and i was mildly dying of acute hunger when i walked in and placed my order and they’re cheap enough in this expensive world that i assumed 1.79 american dollars would certainly not be enough hash brown to satiate me so I ordered five of them. right. and then i had to stand there and watch the beleaguered employee ladle thirty fucking hash browns into a bag. but rest assured reader I ate every single one on the 146 bus to the museum campus
