I reblogged the post about discussing wages in 2018 and the reason the link is broken is probably because the article was either put behind a paywall or the information is no longer accurate, which is a thing that happens; I was going off a poster my place of employment was legally required to have posted and which was counting on people not reading because the print was small and the source link was basically the quickest reference I found that didn’t use a ton of legalese

The Adoption Post is about a lot of things but it was primarily set off by a conversation with a different employer, who had known me for less than three months at the time. 

I am in my thirties and am old enough by years to make my own decisions.

A lot of y’all seem to be forgetting MY reproductive rights are getting talked about here.

Pro lifers will be blocked on sight.

Radfems will be blocked on sight.

“Children are human beings” should not be a difficult concept.

I have already been a child’s primary caretaker.  The circumstances are not your business.

I do not want to discuss it with you.

The post about the word “adulting” was about using my phone to do things like depositing paychecks and looking up how to clean things at my current place of employment and how if I’d said “for adult purposes” instead of “adulting purposes” it would have sounded kind of dirty.

I really don’t care about this one as much I just think it’s really stupid how much some of you do.
