A speedy and flavorful chili cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 tbsp chili powder.
Instructions: In the pressure cooker, brown the ground beef on saut mode. Add diced onions and saut until translucent. Pour in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili powder. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Quick release the pressure and serve hot.
