Ingredients: 1 cup Limoncello liqueur. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup lemon juice. Zest of 2 lemons. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup lemon curd. 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, whipped cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. In serving glasses, layer the bottom with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture. Drizzle Limoncello over the yogurt layer in each glass. Add a layer of lemon curd on top of the yogurt mixture. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on the top. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafer cookies over the whipped cream layer.
