Sometimes I remember that time my school leader called my mum to complain she was keeping me home a 2nd day just because i had begun coughing the day after we had gotten back from our class trip to Spain and was having conversations with my dead stepmum levels of fever and couldn't sit and breathe at the same time
that same evening we had an emergency broadcast telling us there were confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Spain, suddenly it was fine if I stayed home a couple more days
#fun fact#the lockdown was initiated a couple days later#our doctor also called and said he had set up an appointment for the day after tomorrow#they didn't find any active infection but the symptoms fit#my mum still believes I was a case in the single digits if not patient 0#I never got the blood test cause the doctor was worried that triggering a panic attack would worsen my breathing problems lol
