I don't think there are any examples of a comparative construction in a subordinate clause, although you can use subordinate clauses with a comparative as the main clause. The usual idiom in canon is to do something with -qu', and use the context for the implication that the thing is not just very X but the most X. E.g.:

'etlh QorghHa'lu'chugh ragh 'etlh nIvqu' 'ej jejHa'choH. Even the best blade will rust and grow dull unless it is cared for.

Translated extremely literally, "If one wrongly cares for a blade, a very superior blade corrodes and becomes unsharp"; no comparative in sight.

Anyway, the next night we watched a thing about some pig man who is supposed to live in Vermont. People said it had claws and a pig nose but walked upright like a man. Now, I happen to know that sideshows used to shave bears and present them as pig men. So every piece of evidence they gave of this monster sounds to me like a bear with mange.
