My mom loves to tell me unprompted about the latest murder she saw on the news

Often I feel like the illiterate ogre image but then I look at how people on Twitter interpret art and I immediately feel better about myself

#And that's not me saying I'm smart/good at interpretation. It's just that the bar is so low #One of the things I've seen that bugs me is the most is when someone's informed of the meaning behind the art and they start getting #defensive trying to brush it off completely by saying “well art is subjective” And yes. It is. That's true. But your interpretation #does not undermine what the artist meant by making it #A lot of the time it's not even stupidity. It's just willful ignorance. They can grasp the meaning but they refuse to engage with it #as it is anyway.#Elsewise it's just people who are too full of themselves huffing when they're corrected on something. Instead of recontextualizing it #they throw a fit

Yeah I'm pretty sure I have intracranial hypertension

#I hate saying it because even the thought just scares the fuck out of me.#I keep avoiding it out of denial but there's no other explanation. I'm just so fucking sick of everything #Idk maybe it's not a rare neurological disease #I have an eye exam on tuesday so hopefully they'll notice any damage to my vision #It won't take the pressure away but at least I'll know if something's wrong #Cus nothing came up on the ct scan in september #Either way I'm probably going to go blind #I hate being overly honest about health problems on the internet but I feel alone dealing with this and it's scary😕😕#Just too much going on in my life right now

I'm genuinely forgetting how to spell and use proper grammar lately. That's probably a bad sign but whatever

#I think it's due to this pressure I've had in my head for over a year now. Not a migraine not a headache. Just an uncomfortable squeezing #Kind of scaring me a little but neurologists are booked the fuck out so it's kind of over for me #It's even been degrading my vision. Like I'm literally losing my peripheral vision slowly.
