Proposal: She takes her car to a mechanic and it's beat for beat like the original movie scene at the dress shop, where the mechanic *tries* to rip her off and she nods along and then eviscerates her with precise technical details.
The rest of Elle's class now shun that mechanics' shop and tell everyone else to as well, so that place ends up going out of businesss, which allows someone else in the class to open up a sparkling pink and perfectly trustworthy shop of his own.

can I ask a dumbass question? very much in the spirit of "I don't know x and at this point I'm too afraid to ask". are they all usagi? if we have usagi and chibiusa was queen serenity also a usagi? and will chibiusa be even neo-er queen serenity? or did naoko not ever really touch on that specifically?
"Serenity" is the hereditary name of the Moon Matriarchy! Only Usagi and Chibiusa are named Usagi. Chibiusa is explicitly named after her mother; her full name is "Usagi Small Lady Serenity," and most people in Crystal Tokyo address her as "Small Lady."
As for Chibiusa, when she grows up, she drops the "Small" part of her name and goes by "Lady Serenity." I imagine her full title would be "Queen Lady Serenity" when she eventually ascends to the throne.
Seeing you answer all of these asks somehow reminded me of something criminally underrated that came out of the Stars anime: the relationship between Sailor Lead Crow and Sailor Aluminium Siren.
(And the fact Sailor Saturn and Pluto were defeated by literally just standing there but shhhh)
Crow and Siren are by far one of the best parts of the Stars anime! I love how they're basically the evil versions of Rei and Usagi. They love each other so much.

Naoko Takeuchi visiting the Kennedy Space Center in the 1990s and meeting an astronaut! She was visiting the Center to do research for her Sailor Moon side story, "The Lover of Princess Kaguya," which was later turned into the Sailor Moon S Movie.
Decades later, when a plushie of Artemis was spotted in the mission control center during the Artemis II mission, Naoko expressed surprise and delight:
