We are a willogenic system with multigenic origins â our system was created, but about half of our headmates are partially or wholly non-willogenic.
We are bodily a minor, but the majority of our headmates are ageless or fall in the 20-26 age range. This is not an invitation for bodily adults to act intimate with any of these headmates.
We love roleplay, fanfiction, writing, and anime. Our primary fandoms right now are Sk8 the Infinity and Gachiakuta, but other major fandoms weâve been in include Demon Slayer, Obey Me, One Piece, Hunter x Hunter, Castlevania, and Heaven Officialâs Blessing.

We are a follow your own DNI blog. In simple terms, we do not have an explicit DNI, but do not want people interacting with us if we fall under their DNI. This is because, in our experience, DNI is generally ineffective for the people we really donât want interacting with us anyway.

Sorry if youve answered this already, but how do you willo in your first headmate with mad adhd? I cant ever stay focused on willing and always get distracted. At one point i was trying to listen to lofi and think about them but I kept mind wandering!

Haha we have terrible ADHD too (idk if youâve seen us mention that and thatâs why youâre asking, but) so I absolutely get it!!
The very very first time we tried to create a headmate we ended up getting bored and giving up within a couple days because of our ADHD. Like, 4-5 years ago now, I think? But we approached with less of a strict expectation when we started willoing again.
Your new willomate does not need your attention and effort 24/7, at least when theyâre not entirely sentient and separate from you (of course once they are, theyâre a new being, so they deserve acknowledgment and attention whenever you feel their presence). If you forget for a few hours or a day or so, you havenât lost progress. If you sit there for 30 minutes and think about them in and out for half that time, then you still spent 15 minutes thinking about them, it doesnât matter that it wasnât entirely consistent.
If you have any sort of daily routine (nighttime, morning, after work/school), then try to work into whatâs already built. For example, try to talk to and parrot with your headmate while brushing your teeth or making/eating breakfast. We find it really easy to communicate while in the shower, especially back when we were first forming our system!
Try to make it fun and interactive, too, so itâs easier to pay attention! For example, load up a building game (Minecraft, Sims, Bloxburg, Rooms) and build them a room while talking to them! Or make them a playlist, moodboard, gacha character, picrew, or straight up draw them.
You can also try to find pro-endo friends to hold you accountable to remembering and engaging with your willomate. When I was forming our system, we looked around for a bit and found a partner system on tumblr who was also a brand new willogenic system, and so we helped each other remember just by interacting every day. Weâd give our headmates chances to talk to each other as well, which helped a lot.
Good luck willoing, whatever you do and whatever works for you!! Even 2 days of consistently doing what you want to do and then losing interest/forgetting for 5 days is still better and more effective than 7 days of not having done it at all. That goes for anything at all, too, not just willoing!

I want to make this clear. I'm not dismissing any system, Traumatic, neurotraumatic, mixed-origin, endo, willo, undiagnosed, properly diagnosed, etc. These are genuine questions that I think will help me better understand the way Willo alters/systems. I HATE SYSTEM DISCORSE.
So, we're a diagnosed neurotraumatic system. So our alters form in distressing situations. I understand the concept of Endos, as it's a possibility that their brains just were incapable of forming a full consciousness in childhood without trauma, because, as any true doctor will tell you, as humans, we don't fully grasp what the brain is or can do, mainly because it's far too complex and unique to each person to reliably study.
I do understand it's centered around the idea of Willing an alter into existence. Hence the term: Willo. So, here are my questions:
What does it feel like with an alter form?
Is it painful when an alter form?
Does it often go unnoticed, or just sometimes?
Are you aware they're there when they show up, or does it take time for them to reveal themselves?
How does the process work?
Do you just think of an alter, and it forms, or does it take time and/or effort?
Is it more common to form fictives, factives, or original alters?
oh my god i'm so tired psychotic does not mean violent it does not mean angry or erratic. it refers to a person suffering from psychosis, a loss of touch with reality that includes hallucinations and/or delusions. psychotic people are not inherently violent and y'all need to understand how much stigma you create when you again and again incorrectly use the word psychotic without even thinking about it
i think that some things could be helped if more people realized the concept of "introjects are not inherently their source." also applies to source connected introjects.
This! Because most, if not all, of our fictives are source connected â we latch onto fiction easily as an autistic system, and (contrary to syspolicers beliefs) source connection is actually a good coping mechanism for most of our fictives.
And yet, that doesnât change the fact that they arenât inherently their source. They are still living, breathing beings, that â what a shocker! â are sentient with their own opinions, feelings, and boundaries.
Yes, most of them enjoy being engaged about their source media, and most of them donât mind being treated like their source character. And yet theyâre still alive. Theyâre still real. Theyâre still not actually that character and not being controlled by that characterâs creator. And that still needs to be respected. They donât have to act exactly like their source, they donât have to have the same identity their source has, they donât have to dress how the character would, they donât have to speak the way the character wouldâ they donât have to do, like, anything special in order to be valid as a fictive and still be who they say they are. They just exist. Thatâs all that needed.

I know intersex people are still getting excluded in a lot of LGBTQIA+ spaces (let alone wider society) and I think it's crucial to show this group is included in the statement that we all deserve equal rights.
We're a new willogenic system, currently on our way to forming 2 headmates and while our progress is slow, we had a silly thing that happened last night that honestly made me (the host) happy~!
I think our interest in willomancy have led to a dream of ours last night where I dreamt our older sister to coming out as plural! And for some reason at a twilight sparkle alter~? I don't remember much after though
But I do remember waking up once (mostly twice, I remember our body waking up twice, but I don't remember if it was me, the host, waking up besides the one time), because our two (currently forming) headmates were talking about *something* loud enough we woke up! And I thought that was interesting, but it made me happy in an happily annoying way because it helped us feel more validated, even if progress is slow and we're still new to it all!
Just a tidbit to share, because you're one of our inspos in helping up form our system! And we're incredibly shy, and this is one of our steps to stepping out into the plural space and trying to find others to talk to and help us~! â â

That sounds so cool, we donât really hear each other that loud personally so you must be doing SUPER good! Wowie, we love the little inconveniences that remind us weâre a system too, theyâre somehow sososo much more validating than the happy things, because theyâre less of a choice and therefore force us to acknowledge that weâre real. Being a partially endogenic collective is weird cause we have headmates that are associated with hyperfixations. So, when we get hyperfixated on a past hyperfixation they front way more cause they are associated with the hyperfixation.
Like our one headmate when we see TAMSY CAINES?? He looks a lot like Tamsy, acts like Tamsy, talks and exists like Tamsy but isn't Tamsy cause he's apparently too complicated to be defined by a character (he's in his main character arc)......his name is Arsene.

I'm plural though I'm having a really hard time accepting it. Can you create a system without realizing it? I thought maybe I created it somehow but I don't want to be plural, it makes so many things harder and I hate it. Maybe I created it on accident? Idk dude
(sorry if this sounds like a vent, it's not supposed to be. I just am so confused on how I became one +I have bad memory loss/issues and I don't remember creating one lol)
No worries. It is definitely possible to create a system on accident, thereâs even a label for it (Catharigenic.) That being said, if you have a history of memory loss and your plurality is having negative impacts on you, you may want to do research on CDDs and adjacent disorders (if you havenât already.)
That being said, itâs okay to not like your system or be stressed about it. Thatâs an entirely valid thing to feel, it can be very stressful and overwhelming sometimes, especially if you have negative symptoms associated with it. That doesnât make your plurality wrong, itâs just another way of experiencing it. One that ideally should be eased or worked on eventually for your mental health, but that doesnât have to be now.
Take your time, whatever is on the other side of this will wait for you. Youâre(+) not alone.
