this may sound odd but i think the pushback against how one establishes their boundaries in some system spaces is very not friendly to those on the schizospectrum.
being on the schizospectrum affects your thoughts and impairs your social skills, other people (knowingly and unknowingly) can say and do things that trigger your brain in a bad way, it can be rather hard to establish your boundaries and have them be listened to without people caring more about your delivery and how it made them feel than anything else

I am soooo tired of this kind of behaviour from ppl. We have had our new rant accounts of YouTube and, literally just 5 hours into having it, we got this comment:

Rule 0, Rule of Thumb: Never ask anybody 4 personal information.
Rule 0 essentially means „fuck off and mind ur own business“.
Rule 0.5 is do not ask ppl abt their medical or psychiatric history!
Why? Simple! Information on that is often on legal papers (like ur name, birthdate, location, et cetera), forces somebody into the spotlight, is likely 2 make them feel targeted or judged, and can also imply very delicate information abt their sensitive struggles or histories or life or anything and everything!
Therefore, Rule 1 is NO, PLURAL PEOPLE R NOT EXCEPTIONS 2 MEDICAL CONFIDENTIALITY.
Just because plurality has a very particular presence in media, nobody has the right 2 act like we r supposed 2 hand over medical information at any given time.
Rule 1.5: Never ever outwardly denounce the validity of others’ conditions.
Remember when I said that asking 4 somebody’s medical history can make them feel judged or put on trial? THAT IS WHAT UR DOING. LITERALLY. STOP THAT. WHACKS U W/ A NEWSPAPER OVER & OVER & OVER.
Therefore, Rule 2: Never outwardly denounce the validity of a system.
It is not ur right nor ur privilege nor ur burden nor ur ANYTHING 2 to nitpick other ppl and try 2 decide whether or not they’re taken seriously. U do not get 2 judge others, point blank.
Rule 2.5: Do not ask 4 the personal information of a person u have NO INFORMATION ON.
If u don’t know this person, they will likely feel ur some random trying 2 talk 2 them ONLY 2 get this information out of them and many beings will understandably think ur creepy & disconcerting 2 b around!
Therefore, Rule 3: DO NOT ASK SYSTEMS U DONT KNOW 4 THEIR PERSONAL INFO.
Again, coming up 2 a random stranger in public and asking 4 their medical documents is reckless and inappropriate behaviour! It does NOT MAKE IT ANY BETTER JUST BECAUSE UR DOING IT ONLINE.
Rule 3.5: Do not bring up ur suspicions when asking questions like this.
It makes it clear 2 the receiver that ur interrogating them and holding what they say against them. If u have thoughts of this nature, keep them 2 urself!
Therefore, Rule 4: DONT ASK THIS AND STATE THAT THE REASON 4 ASKING IS BECAUSE UR SUSPICIOUS.
