Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
