Ingredients: 1 pie crust. 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 4 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges. Evenly distribute the cooked and crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese in the pie crust. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
