We can spend to much time obsessing over the importance of nutrient's like protein and carbohydrates that we forgot about the negative impact things like saturated fats, trans fats, processed sugars and cholesterol can cause (in plant foods & animal products) Cholesterol is a waxy substance found in the body and in animals prodcuts including dairy, meal and eggs. Cholesterol is an essential component of every cell in the body and our livers create all the cholesterol we need to function. Introducing dietary cholesterol into the body can become a problem, it doesn't mix well with liquids like "Blood".
