also forgot to say in my last post: they were like. really famous. anshin was good friends with sancheck who runs a larp club (literal, irl) full of systems and did a lot of anti-endo did advocating and magneton drew a lot of negative attention towards the community after ending up on a podcast that made fun of "freaks". there was also a lot of alarm bcus magneton had a kid that they kept posting pics of on the same blog they talked about stuff like wanting to blind themselves because being a badgermole made being able to see dysphoria inducing lolll
So it turns out, we did know them, but when we met them they were using their new system name, Bandersnatch. This sadly doesn’t surprise me. It sounds about right. We used to be really good friends with them and their partner until they both went vicious for no reason. Like five people cut contact with them after it happened and they and their partner had a meltdown that they had consequences, such as people no longer wanting to be friends with them after randomly treating someone like shit for no reason.
So yes. We’ve known them. We’re not friends anymore. I’d be mortified to have connections with them after the level of shit they’ve done and deem reasonable.
