Just had the weirdest experience ever. There was a conversation playing out in my head between two people who are... definitely not??? At least previously??? In here??? I could tell because both of the voices were masculine, not neutral or feminine, which is how everyone sounds. They were like. old guys too.
I can't remember exactly what was being said but I stopped for a moment to listen in, because I was curious. Something something, "why would he do that?" or something along those lines? Also might have been something about work? Like small talk or something.
It was like. A full blown, intelligent conversation too. Not even the others have spoken so clearly to one another what?????? (At least in conversation I had been allowed to hear) It could just be because I was particularly thinking of two voices that sounded similar today. But like. why did my brain do that. I didn't get a headache, either, rlly... but there was a really weird feeling. Like. space slime. (what am I even saying.) It was just as consuming as a headache but it wasn't a headache and that's weird.

I do think the term "tulpa" IS a little offensive..

the term "tulpa" originates from Tibetan Buddhism, a valid religious practice, and is still used for religious purposes to this day. Most Tulpa Systems aren't Buddhists from what I see, and a lot of them don't actually know it's a religious practice. I do believe all systems are valid, but the term is cultural appropriation, and we're making the word "tulpa" be seen as only a system thing, which erases a real life religion.

One of our headmates is reaching his breaking point and could possibly put himself as well as the rest of the system in grave danger. Weβve tried everything to help him, but he simply wonβt listen. Heβs constantly gatekeeping front, causes the body to relapse almost daily, and is refusing to open up or ask for help. Even his in-sys boyfriend is struggling to get through to him.
His source and what happened to him in canon has really affected his mental health for the worse. Even when I found out what happened during the last chapter of his source, I was like βwhat the fuck.β (If you played sdr2 you know what Iβm talking about)
Iβm REALLY scared that heβs going to go dormant or something like that, because heβs one of my closest friends. I really care about him, and I want to help, but heβll probably stop talking to me if he finds out I posted this.

Y'know as much as I don't exactly love Genshin being my second source after watching Fenris play through the Sumeru Archon quest I kinda miss Nahida
In Genshin she's a lot like a mother figure to me, I know that in zzz (which I see as my main source) Furina is my mom but seeing Nahida again just makes me remember a lot of things from my Genshin reality and I'm just suddenly missing her a lot
Maybe I don't hate Genshin as my other source as much as I thought I did, maybe I just hate how my canon story plays out, but now that we're actually playing through it I can't say I hate seeing that version of myself as much, although my story in my Genshin reality is different I understand my canon self better, I don't hate him anymore
