I'm sorry that your existance is boiled down to a stance. You are more than a topic of debate, theres more to you than just your system origins. It's disgusting that so much of the community, sometimes even on the pro endo side boils your entire existance down to if you're real or not.
You are real beings, with real lives. You are more than just "non traumagenic." I wish more people could see that
Stop saying…
“Psychotic/Schizophrenic” when you mean: unpredictable, unrestrained, unreal, etc.
“Bipolar” when you mean: polarized, scattered, fickle, unstable, etc.
“Delusional” when you mean: unrealistic, unreasonable, close-minded, stubborn, etc.
“[insert “R” slur in relation to intellectual disabilities]” when you mean: unreasonable, ridiculous, scatterbrained, immature, etc.
“OCD” when you mean: particular, neat, overbearing, etc.
“Narcissistic” when you mean selfish, abusive, manipulative, etc.
Note: I’m NOT saying that these are synonymous. This is also not an exhaustive list.

your system literally can look like anything. it can have only introjects, it can have no introjects, it can have only non human members, it can have only members that look exactly like the body, it can have only littles, it can have only ageless members, it can have a full system of members that all have only one type of role, it can have a million members, it can have only two members. there is no set way systems have to look! they can present however your brain deems necessary for you!
In case you need them, here are some gentle reminders:
Your trauma is valid, no matter how "minor" others think it is.
Your origins are all valid; trauma isn't the only cause for a system's existence.
Persecutors are allowed to exist.
Protectors are allowed to make mistakes.
Caregivers are allowed to take breaks.
Littles are allowed to swear.
Hosts are allowed to step back.
It's okay for the smart sysmates to not know something.
It's okay for the tough ones to cry.
It's okay for the nice ones to stand up for themselves.
It's okay for the persecutors forgive.
It's okay for the protectors to let down their guard.
Anxiety holders are allowed to be calm.
Depression holders are allowed to feel happiness.
Mood boosters are allowed to be sad.
Anger holders are allowed to be happy
All of you are loved.
All of you are accepted on this page.
All of you deserve nice things.
All of you deserve to have good days.
You matter.
