idol!Gwen and Miguel who is dragged to each and every one of her concerts by his daughter Gabriella. he pretends to hate the music. pretends like he doesn't listen to her in the car on his way to work, he pretends like he isn't actively researching nearby concert locations.,, for his little girl, of course. he is utterly mortified when Gabriella grows out of listening to Gwen and wanting to see her. Miguel has no good excuse to go watch her now 😔 Miguel has to resort to wearing hats, sunglasses and to keeping his head held low when he buys a ticket for just himself.

Gwen calls Miguel papi in passing. she ends up bent over his desk in seconds 😔

street mutt (ex dog fighter) Miguel and pretty pampered-pink ribboned kitty Gwen who sits and watches him from an apartment window above the street he sleeps in!!

Gwen sneaking into a rock concert she used a fake ID to get into. turns out hanging around a moshpit with a crowd of thrashing adults wasn't the best idea. security guard!Miguel spots her almost instantly, considering how out of place she looks. it's almost like seeing a kid try and play dress up in a pitiful attempt to fit in. he debates kicking her out, but that idea puts a bad feeling in his stomach. he can't just throw this teenage girl into the streets late at night with rowdy, drunk idiots roaming around. ultimately, Miguel decides to get her into a room backstage (Gwen can still listen to the band, so that's a plus) where she waits for him until he can personally drive her home after the show. Gwen spends the entire drive not so subtly reminding the man that she's home alone for the night.
