finally something interesting is about to start

Sansa Stark has been leading a double life. By day, she's a receptionist for a scary-looking private investigator called Clegane. By night, she's a lounge singer, crooning out love songs at a nightclub called The Bird's Nest.

What happens when all these lives and these lies finally intersect?

(I can't believe I've gotten an ask, sorry for the late response)

I like a lot of ships for asoiaf but my favorites are Sansa/Sandor and Jaime/Brienne. I've found that I like them for a lot of overlapping reasons, though it's primarily because of the character's interactions. How does anyone read "'You want her? Go get her.' So he did." without kicking their feet in the air? How could I not smile when I read "The coarse weave was scratchy against her skin, but no velvet had ever felt so fine." These little romantic acts and lines make up so much of my love for the series. And the integration of and commentary on courtly love and beauty and knights and knighthood! Thats always been the lure of fantasy for me, and I really enjoy GRRM's take on all of it.

"He's coming," she said darkly, voice ragged from lack of use.

"He?" the male stepped closer to the metal bars, intrigued that she was finally talking. "Who's coming?"

"He's coming," she repeated, tears and saliva dripping from her face. "And he's going to kill you all."

"Who?"

"Fire and blood. Fire and blood. He comes for you with fire and blood."

"Fuck," the men stepped back and then hurried up the stairs.

"He's coming!" She screamed her fury into the quiet darkness, body buckling with the force. She fell to her knees, flesh splitting at the impact, the scent of her blood tingling her nostrils. "He's coming," she whispered to herself, a quiet reassurance as her forehead came forward to rest on the cold stone floor. "He's coming."

Sandor is sent on a raid, and Alayne feels sudden unease about it
