Random Jinx board

A fanfic after months of silence? Yes…

“Oooh Cinnabon!” Young girls screamed behind the counter as Mammoth tapped on the glass display case. The glass shattered as he tried to pry it off the metal frame. 

“Don’t hurt us please!” The blonde teen began sobbing as he held the display case in the air. Ignoring the girls, he threw it on the ground. 

He frowned as the rolls were now covered in glass shards. He grumbled seeing if any were unaffected. 

See-More looked at him and pointed, “Hey! Come on. We got so many options. All to ourselves.” 

Kyd Wykkyd nodded and See-More gave him a thumbs up. “I heard the Titans have a big bust to manage today. They’ll be dumb to even try to leave it to come here and stop us.”

Mammoth smiled walking away but not before taking the one of the free sample trays off the counter. 

The H.I.V.E Five had entered the mall, and everyone’s natural reaction was to run away. Each member had their desires set on what they were specifically looking for. 

Jinx picked up the crystal off the floor. “Ugh, you broke this.” She looked at the now chipped piece of rose quartz that had fallen off the display. 

The employee crawled under the table. Jinx examined the store seeing what she wanted to take. 

Herbal smells filled her nose as she walked over to another shelf, “Mmmm I like this one.” She tilted her head analyzing the rack full of incense sticks. She took the whole tray and put it on the counter. 

SNAP! She hexed the cash register open and walked around the counter. She sighed. 

“Well, this is depressing.” She looked at the almost empty slots where dollar bills were supposed to be. “I guess I have to take matters into my own hands.” She rolled her eyes and slammed the register shut. 

Jinx then looked at the reusable tote bags that were left on the counter. “I’ll just use this then.” She smiled before locking eyes with the employee. 

The tray of incense sticks was then shoved over the edge startling the employee. “Oh? Did I do that?” 

She said as she then climbed over the counter. “Don’t be dramatic and make yourself useful. Stand!”

The employee got up and smiled nervously. Jinx smiled, “Which of those crystals are supposed to bring me good luck?”

“LORD HAVE MERCY BILLY!” The clone looked at himself wearing expensive sneakers.

“Look at this fishing gear.” Another clone was fully dressed for a boating trip. “We are about to have the time of our lives!” 

The clones had invaded Dick’s, scouring for the newest trends. Each Billy was set on a specific part of the store looking for what they wanted the most. 

“My, my, what do we have here?” Red gym sets were modeled by the mannequin he admired. A clone popped out of him and smiled, “I like that Billy. Let’s get it.” 

They both giggled, grabbing multiple items of the same design. The main Billy went to the counter to grab a paper bag when his hand landed on the shoulder of an employee who was hiding. 

The employee was on the phone texting before looking up. Billy immediately reacted by snatching the device and going through it. 

Billy gave him a mischievous smile after deciding what he would do before leaving the store.

“YOU BOOGAR MUNCHER! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON’T HAVE THE NEW MEGA MONKEY ISLAND ADVENTURE GAME?” Gizmo’s robotic legs pierced through the plastic cases scattered all over the floor. 

“GOSH! GAME STOP SUCKS NOW.” He took some of the discs and threw them at the man. 

The man squealed as his glasses were wacked off by the items. “Stop! Please!” He put his arms up to block out the hits. 

“NO! You crusty nocturnal rat! I want the game! NOW!” And with that Gizmo pulled on one of the display racks and everything came down. Toys and key chains crashed to the ground and Gizmo yelled. 

The employee finally gave in. “OKAY! I have the inventory in the back! I just haven't put them in the system.” 

Gizmo froze, then turned to the man. He slowly moved towards him. He pulled out his laser gun and took a deep breath. “Well,” he gently smiled, “Why didn’t you just say that? Come on pal. Give me three copies.” 

Kyd Wykkyd smiled at Jinx as she entered the store with three full tote bags. “Hey Kyd. Find anything good he- Oh my god. What is the pathetic song they’re playing?” 

The two were at Hot Topic scanning the display of bright colored shirts and accessories. Kyd Wykkyd and Mammoth made their stop here to check out the latest trends.

“Man. Did some kill a Care Bear and smear it all over the place?” She half smiled and raised her eyebrows. 

A few squeaks came out of Kyd Wykkyd at her comment as he also heavily judged the store. He then shrugged his shoulders and nodded his head to the back. 

Jinx scrunched up her nose, not wanting to go in further. “Its more of a Hot Mess in here.” 

Kyd sighed and used his hands to gesture at a door being opened. She carefully studied his movements and got the hint. 

“Yeah we should check the back.” She put down her bags next to the counter and walked with him to the mini hallway. 

“Mammoth keep up or stay watch,” she commanded. Mammoth on the other hand was very invested in the Funko Pops that were displayed. “You guys go on without me.”

A full twenty minutes passed before the group decided to meet back up. The whole mall was cleared out for the H.I.V.E. five. 

Gizmo’s robotic legs carried him down the path. Jinx, and the three others talked about how lucky they got to get so many goodies for this raid.

One of the BIlly clones waved at the group and grinned. “This is great ain’t it?” 

Gizmo nodded, smiling as he held a brown bear plushie wearing a top hat. “Let’s go home already. The basketball game is about to start.” 

Mammoth perked up, “Oh yeah. We can’t miss it.” He turned to look at the Billy clones. “COME ON.” 

“My-y-y-y bad. I just had to take care of business before we left.” He then fused with his clones only leaving four Billy copies. 

See-More then heard muffed screams nearby, scanning the space to see where the noise was coming from. He turned his X-Ray scanner and let out a small chuckle. 

“Uhhh… Why is that employee up in that boa-” 

“You be askin’ too many questions sir. It is time to go home buddy. HOME.” 

The main Billy held up his fist which then received a bump from Kyd Wykkyd. He opened his cape creating the portal to their base. 

Jinx lined up first as they all knew the specific order they always followed. “FREEZE!” Robin shouted as he ran in from the entrance. 

Jinx grinned and went in quickly followed by Gizmo and Mammoth. Then it was See-More who was uncontrollably laughing. 

Robin grabbed a birdarang while closing in on the last two members. It was thrown and they panicked. 

Billy somehow slipped a kayak into the portal before Kyd Wyykyd disappeared into the ground. 

Robin stood in the spot where they disappeared and huffed.

'Bright red and beautiful' she would have described the string attached to her pinky under any other circumstance.

Ekko was her soulmate. He had broken their soulbond before it could fully form. Jinx was now predetermined for a slow and painful death.
