Yaโll I think I may have found biblically accurate Monokuma. Maybe this is how he was supposed to look like the entire time but because of the limitations of the PS Vita, they had to swap him out with the bear design. In all seriousness, though, I think I genuinely like this as a human design I donโt know I think it captures his essence shockingly well.
