lol as everyone is losing their minds it’s worth mentioning that the only reason that fic author is getting published is because one of her twt mutuals and friends has a spouse who works in publishing and talked up this fic to coworkers and helped her get an in. This is not something that happened on merit, it was driven by her knowing the right person at the right time.

Revisiting old fics, contemplating sequels, and I’ve come to the conclusion that if MMA Fighter Abbot and Coach Mohan were modeled after Rocky and Adrian in my Mohabbot fic The Weary Kind
Then the natural progression is for Abbot to mentor Santos, right? Which would mean in a theoretical land where I write sequels, Trinity Santos and Victoria Javadi would be Adonis Creed & Bianca.
Because Trinity is trying to prove her worth and outrun her trauma, and Victoria is trying to make a name for herself and enjoy what she can before she loses the privilege she has. And Abbot is Santos’ reluctant mentor.
Much to consider.
