Easy Beef Meatball Sliders- Delicious & Quick!
These Cheesy Texas Toast Meatball Sliders are a quick and delicious meal that combines savory meatballs, gooey cheese, and tangy marinara sauce on toasted Texas toast. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or a crowd-pleasing appetizer!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 package Texas toast. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup marinara sauce. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together until it's well mixed. Shape the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. The meatballs should be on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. They should be baked for 15 minutes, or until they are fully cooked. In the meantime, toast the Texas toast the way the package says to. Take the meatballs out of the oven and set them aside when they're done. Add a meatball to each piece of Texas toast, then cover it with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese shreds. Put the topped Texas toast back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the toast is bubbly. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.

These Turkey Meatball Sliders are great for a quick dinner or a party snack. Turkey meatballs that are juicy, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese go well together.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 12 small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake meatballs in a preheated oven at 375F 190C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. While meatballs are baking, split the slider buns and toast them in the oven for a few minutes until lightly browned. Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat. When the meatballs are done, place each one on a slider bun. Spoon a little marinara sauce over each meatball and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place the sliders back in the oven for a couple of minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Turkey Meatball Sliders!

These Meatball Sliders are a perfect appetizer or party snack. Juicy meatballs, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese all sandwiched between soft slider buns.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns. 1 cup marinara sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 tsp garlic powder.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the bottom bun halves and place a meatball on each bun. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs. Place the top bun halves on top of the cheese-covered meatballs. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
