Meatball sliders! I used @sweetlaurelbakery dinner roll recipe for the buns. The meatball recipe is as follows: Preheat oven to 350 1 pound grass fed ground beef 85/15 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried basil 1/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs 1 egg Mix it all up with your hands until everything is incorporated. Form meatballs and fry in a cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil, until brown on all sides. Then pop it in the preheated oven for 10min until done. A great way to use all of our garden goodies! Chop cucumber, tomato, avocado, siracha pepper (or any spicy pepper) scallions and top with feta cheese.
