Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Ingredients: 8 oz whole wheat pasta. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup cucumber, diced. 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente. To stop the cooking, drain and rinse with cold water. The cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and parsley should all be put in a large bowl together. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to a small bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients to make the dressing.
