This slow cooker Easter ham recipe is a hassle-free way to prepare a delicious centerpiece for your holiday meal. The combination of brown sugar, honey, mustard, and spices creates a sweet and savory glaze that infuses the ham with flavor as it cooks low and slow in the crockpot.
Ingredients: 1 spiral-sliced ham 6-8 pounds. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Put the ham that has been spiral-sliced into the slow cooker. Put honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and mix them together. Make sure the ham is evenly covered as you pour the mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until heated all the way through. Add more sauce every now and then. Take the ham out of the slow cooker when it's fully cooked and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it. Serve hot, with extra sauce on top if you want.
