Elevate your ham game with this Gluten-Free Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glazed Ham. The rich combination of bourbon, brown sugar, and spices creates a luscious glaze, making it a perfect centerpiece for any special occasion.
Ingredients: 1 fully cooked ham 8-10 lbs. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 1/2 cup bourbon. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 325F 163C. Put the ham in a roasting pan with the cut side down. Mix honey, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg with brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat. The glaze mixture needs to be stirred until the brown sugar is gone and all the ingredients are well mixed. Bring to a low boil, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the glaze gets a little thicker. A lot of the bourbon and brown sugar glaze should be brushed over the ham to make sure it's evenly covered. The ham should be baked in an oven that has already been heated for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the glaze turns caramelized and the ham is warm all the way through. During the baking process, baste the ham with more glaze every 15 minutes. Take the ham out of the oven when it's golden and the glaze is just right. Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it. On a platter, place the Gluten-Free Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glazed Ham slices and drizzle any extra glaze over the top. Enjoy this delicious gluten-free ham with a bourbon-infused glaze!

A juicy Riesling-Peach Glazed Ham is a great way to impress your guests and is also a great centerpiece for Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.
Ingredients: 1 bone-in ham 8-10 pounds. 1 cup Riesling wine. 1 cup peach preserves. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp ground cloves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F 165C. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, and score the surface in a diamond pattern. Season with salt and pepper. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Riesling wine, peach preserves, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and ground cloves. Stir until the preserves and sugar are fully dissolved and the mixture is well combined. Brush the ham with the Riesling-peach glaze, making sure to get it into the scored portions. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes per pound or until a meat thermometer reads 140F 60C, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes. During the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to allow the ham to caramelize and the glaze to set. Once the ham reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve the Riesling-Peach Glazed Ham slices with the remaining glaze on the side. Enjoy this deliciously glazed ham as the centerpiece of your holiday feast!
