A delicious and flavorful ham with a Captain Morgan and Coke glaze, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients: 1 spiral-cut ham about 6-8 pounds. 1 cup Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum. 1 cup cola. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Place the spiral-cut ham in the slow cooker, flat side down. In a bowl, mix together Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, cola, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze. Pour the glaze over the ham, ensuring it gets into the slices for maximum flavor. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the ham is heated through. Baste the ham with the glaze every hour to enhance the flavor. Once cooked, transfer the ham to a serving platter, allowing it to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the Slow Cooker Captain and Coke Glazed Ham slices with extra glaze on the side. A delicious and flavorful ham perfect for any occasion! Preparation and cooking time combined: approximately 6 hours.

Elevate your ham game with this Gluten-Free Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glazed Ham. The rich combination of bourbon, brown sugar, and spices creates a luscious glaze, making it a perfect centerpiece for any special occasion.
Ingredients: 1 fully cooked ham 8-10 lbs. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 1/2 cup bourbon. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 325F 163C. Put the ham in a roasting pan with the cut side down. Mix honey, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg with brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat. The glaze mixture needs to be stirred until the brown sugar is gone and all the ingredients are well mixed. Bring to a low boil, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the glaze gets a little thicker. A lot of the bourbon and brown sugar glaze should be brushed over the ham to make sure it's evenly covered. The ham should be baked in an oven that has already been heated for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the glaze turns caramelized and the ham is warm all the way through. During the baking process, baste the ham with more glaze every 15 minutes. Take the ham out of the oven when it's golden and the glaze is just right. Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it. On a platter, place the Gluten-Free Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glazed Ham slices and drizzle any extra glaze over the top. Enjoy this delicious gluten-free ham with a bourbon-infused glaze!
