Enjoy this delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie and indulge in the ideal fusion of chocolate and peanut butter. Your sweet tooth will be satiated with this divine dessert, which consists of a rich chocolate layer layered over a creamy peanut butter filling on a chocolate cookie crust.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Melted butter and chocolate cookie crumbs should be combined in a mixing bowl. To make the crust, press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a different bowl until well combined and smooth. Beat the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a different mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. Toss to fully incorporate the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Evenly spread the peanut butter filling after pouring it over the chocolate cookie crust. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly after adding the melted chocolate on top. Add chopped peanuts as a garnish if you'd like. Pie should be chilled in the fridge for four hours or longer to set. Cut, present, and savor!
