Ingredients: 2 oopsie rolls. 4 slices bacon. 2 eggs. 2 slices cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tbsp butter.
Instructions: Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Beat eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet. Cook eggs, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and set. Assemble sandwiches: Place a slice of cheese on each oopsie roll, followed by scrambled eggs and bacon slices. Top with the other half of the oopsie roll to form sandwiches. Optional: Toast assembled sandwiches in a pan until cheese is melted and oopsie rolls are slightly crisp. Serve hot and enjoy!
