Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with paper liners. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Spoon a small amount of muffin batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 1/3 full. Add a dollop of Nutella about 1 teaspoon to the center of each muffin cup. Cover the Nutella with more muffin batter, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your delicious Nutella Stuffed Pumpkin Muffins!
