𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🥩 Its been far too long since I had a proper steak, and what a way to get back in the game! This cote de boeuf from @malltavern was BEAUTIFUL. This Notting Hill pub isn’t serving pub grub, it’s restaurant quality food. From the chorizo & Cumberland scotch egg and the braised brisket croquettes to start, which both came with delicious sauces, such as a chipotle & apple ketchup and a horseradish Mayo. There’s different cuts of beef per day, such as chateaubriand, T-Bone, and we landed on the cote de boeuf day. It’s limited availability and we were lucky to get the last one! For £55 with 2 fries and 2 salads it’s an amazing price. Cost does depend on cut and weight on the day though. Even though I was tucking in to the best steak I’ve had in ages I couldn’t help but to look at the table next to us with their fish and chips, and pie, they were massive! It looks like you definitely get value for money here.
