Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the steak bites.
2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and thyme. Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the Parmesan cream sauce, cooking for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately, drizzled with extra sauce if desired. Enjoy each bite of this creamy, garlicky goodness!
