When it come to doing pull ups you can do them anywhere you can safely hang. - In this video I show multiple pull up variations at the park. - My goal is to inspire you to try different kinds of pull ups on different kinds of surfaces. - • To change the grip you usually do • To get low & try an awkward position • Use and hang from chains • Hang from a roof • Hang from a tree • Use towels • Hang from a pole • Use skinny, fat, parallel & curved bars - Doing this will force you to get comfortable using different kinds of grips and surfaces and as a result your grip and hanging abilities will strengthen. - Which ultimately will result in being able to do more pull ups. - Next time you are at the gym try using a different grip when you do pull ups. - It might be challenging at the beginning but overtime your hands will stronger and you will be able to knock out more pull ups with ease ;) - 👉🏽 If you are looking to increase your reps in pull ups, push ups, dips and other bodyweight exercises.
