This Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole is a hearty and comforting dish perfect for a cozy dinner. It's packed with savory flavors from the sausages, aromatic herbs, and wholesome vegetables.
Ingredients: 6 sausages. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 carrots, sliced. 2 potatoes, diced. 1 can 400g chopped tomatoes. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Over medium-low heat, brown the sausages in a pan. Move the sausages to the slow cooker after they are browned. In a slow cooker, put in chopped tomatoes, chicken broth, minced garlic, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, diced onions, and minced garlic. Also add salt and pepper. Mix everything together by stirring. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the sausages are fully cooked and the vegetables are soft. Enjoy while hot!

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until everything is well mixed. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a soft dough forms. Take dough balls about the size of a tablespoon and roll them into balls. Don't cram too many on the baking sheet; leave some space between each one. Gently press down on each cookie with the back of a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes, and sesame oil. Season chicken drumettes with salt and pepper. Toss chicken drumettes in the honey garlic mixture until coated evenly. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, flipping halfway through and basting with the remaining glaze. Once cooked, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon dried sage. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. 1 package store-bought mezzaluna pasta. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Rub butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried sage, and nutmeg. Place the cubes on a baking sheet. After the oven is hot, roast the squash for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every now and then, until it is soft and lightly browned. Follow the directions on the package to cook the mezzaluna pasta until it is al dente while the squash is roasting. Remove the water and set it aside. Put the butter in a big pan and melt it over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. The roasted butternut squash and cooked mezzaluna pasta should be added to the pan. Toss gently to mix and heat all the way through. Grate some Parmesan cheese and chop some parsley to put on top. Toss again to cover. If you want it hotter, you can top it with crushed red pepper flakes. Have fun with your tasty butternut squash mezzaluna pasta!

Toss cooked penne pasta into the skillet with the creamy spinach and artichoke mixture. Add lemon zest and juice to the skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Instructions: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and saut until translucent. Stir in minced ginger and cook for another minute. Add chopped carrots, vegetable broth, and orange juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are tender. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with a swirl of cream or yogurt if desired.
