This Pumpkin Spice Dip is a great fall appetizer because it tastes like pumpkin and has warm spices in it. It goes well with gingersnap cookies or fresh apple slices and is great for parties or get-togethers.
Ingredients: 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 cup whipped cream. Gingersnap cookies or apple slices, for serving.
Instructions: Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth. Mix in the sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree. Mix everything together well. The dip will be light and fluffy after you fold in the whipped cream. Put the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Serve cold with apple slices or gingersnap cookies to dip.
