If you like coffee, these Coffee Filter Giant Cupcakes are a dream come true. Because they are made with brewed coffee and finely ground coffee beans, they taste like rich coffee and go well with chocolate. These cupcakes are fun and different from the usual ones, and your family and friends will love them.
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 3 eggs. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled. 1/2 cup of buttermilk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1/2 cup of finely ground coffee beans. 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in two large pans that look like coffee filters. Put the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, brewed coffee, buttermilk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed. Chocolate chips and coffee beans that have been ground up very fine should be mixed into the batter. About two thirds of the way to the top of each cupcake liner, fill it with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. After taking the cupcakes out of the oven, let them cool for 10 minutes in their pans. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. After the giant coffee filter cupcakes have cooled, you can decorate them with your favorite frosting and coffee beans. Have fun eating your tasty coffee filter giant cupcakes that taste like real coffee!
