OKAY I KNOW YOU PROBABLY DONT CARE ANYMORE but I read 'I only have eyes for you' (fnaf fic you wrote) back in 2023 and it genuinely changed my brain chemistry. I had to get into the tumblr fandom scene to rave and try to soothe the ache for those two that the fic left in me. This led me to actually finding community and friends down the line, went on to inspire my writing, and well, I think it was a bit of a butterfly effect that just led my life to being better. I still think of it constantly in phases and shake my hands and pace a lil bit. Even art you made that you no longer connect with continues to ripple the world with bits of joy and I wanted to let you know that. Okie much love goodbyeee
MAN this is such a lovely message to wake up to, thank you so so much anon 😭💕 logically i knew that people enjoyed the fic, but to hear how deeply it affected you is genuinely a little bit crazy. i’m saddened for both my sake & everybody else’s sake that the fnaf hyperfixation that led me to writing it in the first place only lasted long enough for me to write it and not to finish the whole series. i don’t think i ever will continue it unfortunately, nowadays i barely have time for my own passions outside of irl happenings.
that being said, i do still have the leftover remnants of parts 2-4 left somewhere in my ellipsus documents, and a while ago i was waffling around with the concept of possibly compiling them to post sometime, but i wasn’t sure if anybody would have been interested in that? nor would i have any idea how to compile it nicely & neatly for readability purposes.
