and like I know this probably sounds ironic coming from the trans girl who wants to gain like 60-80 pounds. But there's a big difference between taking E, integrating more donuts into my diet, and hitting yourself in the face with hammers, taking steroids, or inducing anhedonia so you stop desiring food as a concept.
I really need to stop having dreams about my teeth breaking or being levered out of my jaws. I can't keep waking up thinking about the taste of my own blood.

Literally!! Pregnancy and reproductive rights are not a "women's issue" and not a "trans men's issue" it's an issue with people who have a certain set of organs. Infertile cis women or cis women who have hysterectomies done are going to be less impacted than trans men. Trans men can also get their own surgeries done to get around that kind of thing. But no one should feel pressured to remove organs from their bodies because of legislation! Also consider: uterus transplants are a thing for cis women, and will likely become a thing for trans women in the immediate future. Will those trans women be subjected to the same laws as cis women capable of becoming pregnant? Probably! I want to get a uterus transplant and have a kid if that becomes doable in my lifetime. I don't want to have to worry about losing my rights and bodily autonomy when I do. Reproductive rights and bodily autonomy are not a problem for any one specific group, and are deeply important for gender equality and trans rights around the world!
