What would Magnolia do if someone found her as she was coming back to life?
Depends on the person who found her. Also on the exact timing.
She is very delicate space as she claws herself back to existence, pieces herself back together from many, many small parts scattered to the rains.
If she's interrupted too soon, Magnolia might even lose her name, parts that makes her Magnolia, since that's one of the last parts she recovers in her return.
Loss is realized first, in her solidification.
An immediately hostile pirate, she'd kill, drown with her own being, and be set back into her reforming. A Marine, she might hesitate, but those uniforms caused pain, she will cause pain back.
Other unfortunate visitors, lost sailors, she wouldn't kill, but her appearance would certainly terrify.
Any Celestial Dragon, God Knight or not, is still distinctive in what they wear for her not to realize something and go completely mad.
Shanks would be safer than Shamrock, in a first meeting. Because even though the hair is distinctive, it would be barely enough to slow her down in her urge to kill the source of her loss.
(She remembers her sons after her loss. Always.)
