Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Cut the ripe banana into slices. Go ahead and put the spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and banana in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth.
