Ingredients: 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 bag frozen steak fries. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips. Meanwhile, cook steak fries according to package instructions. Once fries are cooked, transfer to a serving platter. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced carne asada. Dollop guacamole and sour cream over the fries. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro on top. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
