Iâm so proud and happy to announce that Mini Philosophy is going to become a book! If you would like to see what Iâve been up to, the link is here:Â
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mini-Philosophy-Small-Book-Ideas/dp/1472282175/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=mini+philosophy&qid=1619857726&sr=8-1&x=0&y=0# Iâve always believed that everyone has philosophical questions, and anyone can be a philosopher, but that getting into it can be daunting. Iâve lost count of the books Iâve read that seem to love being incomprehensible. Iâm sure you know the type. Theyâre the ones that throw in a bit of Ancient Greek every other sentence or where the prose looks more like an engineering schematic. But it doesnât have to be that way, and that was why I set up this page. And Iâm over the moon itâs going to be a book. The plan is exactly the same, in that Iâll introduce and explore big ideas as easily as I can. Thereâll be my usual bad jokes and everyday examples, and, if all goes to plan, I hope itâll make you want to explore and read about these ideas further. Iâll post over the coming weeks the contents and a few samples, but, in short, the book is made up of old favourites like Camus, Aristotle, Nietzsche, and Freud as well as new and original entries on Spinoza, Sun Tzu, Orwell, Schopenhauer and many more. All the entries will be expanded, improved, and given just a little more room to breathe. Weâll have the space to explore some incredible thinkers and their ideas. I also canât wait to share some of those interesting bits that had to hit the cutting room floor. So, if a Mini Philosophy book sounds like your cup of tea, thereâs a link at the top to pre-order. Iâm really proud of whatâs in this book, and Iâm so excited to share it with you. The community thatâs built up around this page is what makes this so fun. There are so many polite, generous, curious, and hugely intelligent people, and Iâm grateful beyond words for you all, and all your support.
