this is half a joke that popped into my head my head when I saw your send prompts post lmao

no i live for this you don’t understand. i love sort of ridiculous prompts that i can spin to horny and funny. also slight change where dennis told trinity he had a bf, she just kinda thought it was a canadian girlfriend that goes to another school thing.

“uhhh, guys.” trinity’s serious voice cut through the jubilant, overlapping chatter. “suspicious white man at my twelve o’clock.”

ahmad whipped his head behind him, “damn, is he watching us?”

dennis squinted to get a good look. he dopily smiled whe he recognized the figure. “oh, it’s fine. i know him!” he waved exaggeratedly. the man on the edge of the park returned with a subtle nod.

dennis couldn’t parse out who said what but there were a lot of questions thrown at him. mckays cut through at the end, “do you have a stalker, whitaker?”

“no. i promise i’m safe.” dennis looked down all bashful, “he’s my boyfriend.”

trinity held a hand up and tilted her head. “wait, the one from california that definitely isn’t real?”

dennis defensively answered, “i told you he was moving here last month.”

“i thought you were just embarrassed you get no play!” trinity replied.

ahmad cut in, “so i don’t need to go and grab my taser?”

dennis giggled and grabbed his backpack from the ground, “no, he’s mostly harmless.” he said his goodbyes and jogged to the creep tracking his movements. they shared a quick peck before the man took dennis’s bag from him. at least he was chivalrous.

Andrew who is an Omega. Not that he was allowed to ever show it, he has been on suppressant most of his life and the only times he had sex was when Smurf deemed it a good way to distract certain people from their crimes. He has never nested, doesnt even know his own scent and his violent tendencies are him trying to show he is big and strong like his Alpha brothers...

Then he manages to get away from the Cody's and goes across the country to Pittsburgh, where he knows his half-brother Jack lives who he hasnt seen in 20 years. He is desperate for a safe place and Jack ofc lets him stay. Pope doesnt understand how Jack as Alpha can be mated to another Alpha, Robby. That concept is fully foreign to him. But Robby is nice and respectful and smells of cinnamon so maybe its fine.

The biggest thing for Andrew to get used to is the mismatched pack of hospital staff that comes to the house sometimes too. Apparently Jack and Robby have accidentally become Pack Alphas and especially the younger med students and doctors come often to leech on the food and soft blankets, and enjoy the big TV Robby and Jack own lol.

Andrew keeps to his room during those times at first but eventually dares to join and he is especially in awe of Dennis? Dennis is an Omega too, and even though Andrew understood his family didnt alwayd accept him, he accepts himself now and is just blossoming. His sweet, citrus-y scent is always strong and happy when he is in the house and he will make a nest for him to cuddle in with some of the other students and Jack and Robby while they watch a movie. He also doesnt back down from sassing Trinity, an Alpha, and is just so unapolgetically himself.

He is also really kind to Andrew and tries to involve him. Andrew is cautious at first, awkward and tense when he does sit in a nest and flinching at touches (unless they are from Jack and Robby, I feel like he will sometimes quietly squeeze in between them in bed needing the closeness secretly). But slowly he gets more used to it, even quietly asks Dennis to teach him how to nest and asks him questions about being an Omega that he was never allowed to think off before.

He also asks Dennis to stay over when he first stops taking his surpressants. He knows he is safe with Jack and Robby, but he would like an omega there...

"Dr. Whitaker can you finish closing this wound?"

"Oh now we're communicating properly and actually saying what we want!?"

dennis who learns how to braid in order to do trinity’s hair for her, trinity who eventually gets comfortable enough w him she’ll fall asleep with his hands working through her hair.

trinity sitting on dennis’ back and rubbing the knots out of his shoulders after he’s been working at the farm all weekend- “you know we wouldn’t have to do this if you quit playing farm dog..” dennis just groans, drooling into the rug.

dennis patching trinity up after a particularly bad relapse, working in silence, letting her avoid his gaze and dig her nails into his shirt. Better out than in.

trinity taking care of a sick whitaker, complaining and whining the whole way but taking his temperature and running him a bath nonetheless, she makes herself a bed on the floor of his room so he knows he’s not alone at night. (def ends up sick as well)

they keep their last names and don’t tell anybody about it and at some point they forget that they’re even married

they realize the downside of this plan bc both of them are falling for their much older attendings (robby and baran) and don’t feel like they can pursue them in good conscience while legally married

dennis and trinity have spent long nights lamenting about robby and baran respectively and know that they’re too down bad for it to just be a crush

one day trinity walks up to dennis with a large folder and, in a not so subtle manner, abruptly says “hey huck, i think we should get divorced. I already found a lawyer and here’s some paperwork. we can fill it out in the break room”

everyone stops what they’re doing immediately.

no one had any idea that santos and whitaker were married, let alone that their marriage was apparently falling apart to the point where she would publicly declare divorce.

they all stop and watch whitaker to see how he’ll react, expecting him to act shocked or hurt.

instead he just looks up from his computer and says, “yeah one sec. let me finish up this chart and i’ll meet you in there”
