Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
