Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 vegan pie crust. Fresh berries for topping optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a saucepan, melt vegan chocolate chips over low heat. Stir in coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into the vegan pie crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let the pie cool completely before serving. Top with fresh berries if desired.
