Beef Fajitas Tacos are a tasty Tex-Mex dish made with seasoned beef, onions, bell peppers, and a bunch of different toppings. They're simple to make and great for a quick and filling meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 2 tsp chili powder. 1 tsp cumin. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup salsa. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: Warm the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. It will take about 34 minutes on each side to brown the beef after you add it. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Slice the onions, bell peppers, and garlic and put them in the same pan. Saut them for about 5 minutes, or until they get soft. Fill the pan with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooked beef back to it. Mix everything together, then cook for two more minutes. You can warm the flour tortillas up in a dry pan or the microwave for 30 seconds. Spoon some of the beef and vegetable mix onto each tortilla to make the tacos. Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, and chopped tomatoes should be put on top. To make it taste better, squeeze some fresh lime juice on top. Feel free to eat the Beef Fajitas Tacos right away.
