These Keto Pork Rind Nachos are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional nachos. They're perfect for satisfying your cravings without the guilt, and they make a great snack or party food.
Ingredients: 4 cups pork rinds. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup guacamole.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Place pork rinds on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Spread out the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the pork rinds. Place small pieces of tomato, jalapeo, and green onion on top of the cheese. Put it in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Put sour cream and guacamole on top before serving.
