After 5 tiny desk concerts, 2 horrors findings and a crazy amount of smosh game videos, I finally finished it.

Turns out drawing them three times is actually pretty fucking long.

Carmilla looking genuinely happy is my favourite thing to draw I swear. Your honor, Velvette's is love ! And turns out she doesn't have two left feet ! I imagine her struggling but taking the vibe rather quickly 😌☝️

Anyways, so we don't know Carmilla's ethnicity yet but I took some liberty and, with my recent love for Hispanic music ( especially bad bunny and chuwi and a bunch of others) and my passion for dance, I decided to show some Puerto Rico rep ! or at least clear Hispanic rep, and not just a stereotypical guitar in the background. ( don't get me wrong, I like it, but it's getting tiring at some point)

However just wanted to make clear that this is not canon ! I'm genuinely curious to learn more about this woman, and why she loves ballet in the first place. If she turns out not to be Puerto Rican, let's say they went to a Bad Bunny concert in heaven X)

A/N: writing these fics makes me yearn for Benito even more. Sorry this is such a short fic..I hope you all enjoy! I’m always open to feedback!

“Mi amor if you step on my toe one more time they might fall off” Benito continues to guide you through the steps. You laugh leaning your head against his chest trying to follow his lead.

“I may be black, but sadly my dad had no rhythm and my mom thinks she has rhythm—but between you and I she doesn’t!” He smiles softly as he places a kiss on the top of your head.

“It’s okay, it’s okay. Let’s try again.” You two are in the living room and Benito’s is trying to teach you how to salsa and by the sound of it you keep tripping over your own two feet!

“So first you step back then I’ll step forward, then we both are here than you step forward I go back, after I spin you like this-“ as he spins you, you can’t help but laugh as he smiles widely at you. “-we’ll repeat that.” You two make it through this part without any mistakes.

“yes mi Vida, perfecto.” He places a quick kiss on your lips and your smile widens.

“Okay now you come closer to me move your hips like this,” he demonstrates for you “then I will spin you out again and bring you back in.” You both execute this part with little to no trouble—your heart sores with pride.
