There is so much wrong in such a little sentence.
Let's start with the facts jas720. I realize you may have not constructed this post, but you re-blogged it, which is safe enough to say you agree. I will certainly include mangopussy and collectivecrack in this, as they have their name prominently displayed above.
Can't go without saying, you got some pretty eye catching usernames there.

Racism has been very prominent in American history. There is no denying that fact. When looking at the statistics (that you forgot to list a source) you purposed that our government being mostly white equals white benefits, there's a lot of things to understand here, so let me break it down for you.
Here are the statistics for all white skinned individuals in the US.
The percent has and will continue to drop with time. Though, people who are white still represent the majority of the US.
In ten to twenty years, that may not be the case anymore.
Let's dissect why our governments overwhelming majority is white.
During the final round of the twentieth century in America, racial representation would climb radically like never before.
In the span of just eight years, we would come to have our first black president. Winning with a voters majority.
No other point in American history would this have happened.
It was a sign that "time they are-a changin" .
Currently laws are being passed for gay marriage, the legalization of pot, and a constant reminder from the people of America to reach equality for all.
Despite all this, let's understand something.
This is very important to remember.
Let's revisit something real quick.
"In the span of just eight years, we would come to have our first black president. Winning with a voters majority. "
The faster things move, the more people behind will try to pop your tires.
Old fashion american's want things to stay where they felt comfortable.
Even though allowing others to have freedom doesn't restrict there's, they like the exclusivity. They want America to be like a yacht club.
Just as racialist on one side are vocal minorities, there is going to be vocal minorities on the other side of an argument.
Best real world example is MSNBC vs FOX, or better said DEMOCRATS VS REPUBLICANS.
These two so called "news" channels, are racialist in their particular parties. Just as Anita Sarkeesian is a racialist for feminism.
Racialist are vocal minorities, because they are RADICAL.
If politics were a sport, they would be the equivalent to JACKASS.
Skipping to the main point, things take time.
Though our society has started to move very quickly, this has negative repercussions.
It means radical voices are twice as loud in this environment.
There is always going to be backlash in our country.
This does not represent the majority, these voices are limited, just loud.
To figure out why our governments mostly white, all you need is logic.
If our government is a bunch of older people, then they must be from an older era.
The older era of America had much more white representation then the past ten years have had.
The faster we go, the slower old things moving out will begin to feel.
Our government wont be like what it is now for much longer, but it will take time for it to change.
WE as a society might move fast, but the government is a turtle trying to keep the hair from moving forward.
Not only that, but just because a bunch of politicians are white, doesn't mean they are all racist, okay? I just had to make that clear.
WHATS THE REAL PROBLEM? WHERES THE REAL POWER?
This is something so many people are blind to.
Our country is built on a system. That system is not a constitute of white power. It is called capitalism, and its a constituent for money.
Money governs the country, not race. Race is but a factor of arrogance.
This arrogance can surely be a factor of money, but surely that's not always the case.
Why are so many of the rich white?
It's not that hard to figure our. Wealth is passed down.
If our country use to be heavily involved in racial inequalities, then those who were rich in the past will continue to pass it down. Most of those who hold wealth today are remains of those who came before.
Much like power, wealth likes to stay where it came from. It is not a matter of race.
Although those who are rich are often white, them being white has little to do with it other than being conceived by white parents.
A poor white person is equal to a poor black person.
A rich black AND white person have WAY MORE power than both a poor black and white person combined.
How can I make such a claim? LOGIC!
If we are a capital country, money is power.
Or economic system is not built on color but wealth.
The color of that wealth is irrelevant, the money talks, not the race.
This is the percent of America which is rich...
This is the percent of America which is poor..
Poverty is the extreme representation of poor, this does not include the lower class, which in our economy has become "poor".
The more you ignore the real problems, the more they get to exist.
A country run on money, is run by money.
Those who have money run the country, those who don't...DON'T.
Race is but a distraction. It is an irrelevant factor in the war for change.
The way to create change is through money.
If those in the past were mostly white, then those of wealth will continue to be white, because the money will continue to be passed down.
The only way to make change in our country is to go by the money.
Attack and blame them for their skin color all you want.
Its not their race that does the talking, its their MONEY.
Those who are rich and arrogant look at a homeless person the same, their skin color doesn't matter.
Not to say all those who carry wealth are of this position, not at all.
But, those in power often are corrupted by power.
Do you think they'll just give it up?
If it were you corrupted by power, would you give it up?
Many of the vocal minorities on Tumblr and many other places have played the "arms RACE".
A game of shame against people of selected races.
It's two racialist at each others throat, and although they claim to be on opposites sides of the spectrum, they are more alike than they are different.
Your hypocrisy is inexcusable in my eyes.
You waste a voice in which can make a difference, and instead chase your opinionated tales in a circle.
You wont get anywhere with shaming one race and glorifying another.
You point out racism, but when it applies to the things you often say, you act as if you can change the definition so you not accountable for the things you say.
I don't care about anyone's race.
I do care about their actions.
Racism is never okay, no matter what race is comes from.
Hypocrisy is never acceptable, no matter who it comes from.
Double standards are things people create to dismiss accountability.
When your argument includes your race as if that should change up the conversation, I find you no more acceptable then if anyone else did the same.
As an egalitarian, all individuals are equal in my eyes, and will be treated as such.
I expect no more or no less accountability from you then myself and everyone else.
I am not rich, for my words are just as powerless as yours.
Those who have wealth, have power; those who lack wealth, lack power.
