Ground Bison Quinoa Stuffed Peppers for our dinner guests tonight! I based this recipe off of Simple Life Abundant Life's Taco Stuffed Peppers. I happened to have ground bison and it works just as well. I loved the idea of nutritional yeast in this recipe! I opted for fresh chopped onions and garlic instead of all powders. Topped with @organicvalley Grassfed Raw Milk Cheddar. The stuffing is delicious!
