So, I think I found the loophole inside Caine's "no swearing rule", based on the recent episode.

When he says "ass", he's referring to a literal ass, a donkey. However, when Pomni repeats it, she's referring to the less-than-literal ass, the butt.

So I think it comes down to the definition. Calling Ragatha a bitch won't work, but Jax pointing at a female dog is A-OK.
